摘  要:建立放射性核素比活度检验的数学模型,分析产生测量不确定度的主要来源,采用相同条件下重复检验的数据和积累的数据以及外部提供的有效数据,在分别进行A、B类相对标准不确定度分量评定的基础上再进行合成相对标准不确定度评定。结果用于日常检验报告的测量不确定度项报出。The mathematics model for measurement of the specific activity from radioactive species by gamma spectrometry was established. The main sources that cause the measurement uncertainties were analyzes. The data from repeated tests in the same measurement conditions, accumulated data and the data from other laboratories were used in uncertainty assessment. Based on the assessments of relative standard uncertainty of A and B sorts respectively, integral relative uncertainty was obtained. The method has been used in uncertainty report-out in routine measurements of specific activity from radioactive species by gamma spectrometry.
