摘 要:目的 探讨高频超声在肌腱松弛与肌腱粘连所引起的手指功能障碍的鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 对 12 0例肌腱修复术后手指功能障碍者进行高频超声检查 ,其中肌腱吻合术 2 0例 ,肌腱移植术 60例 ,手指再造术 40例 ,并与手术结果进行对照。结果 5例肌腱松弛 ,110例肌腱粘连 ,5例两者兼而有之 ,均与手术结果符合。结论 应用高频超声可准确对肌腱松弛与肌腱粘连进行鉴别诊断 ,可为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。Objective To explore the applicable value of high-frequency in finding the difference between the the tendon loose and the tendon adhesion. Methods 120 patients with compromised finger function after tenorrhaphy were examined by high-frequency ultrasound, including tendon anastomosis(20 cases), tendon transfer(60 cases), finger reconstruction(40 cases),to compared the result of operation. Results The tendons in 5 cases were loose, in 110 cases adhered,in 5 cases both adhered and loose, and the same as the result of operation. Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound can differentiate the tendon loose and adhesion easily, and affords an accurate proof for the clinical treatment.
