摘 要:目的 了解CR在青少年脊柱侧弯中的应用优势 ,应用CR软件并通过技巧以提高青少年脊柱侧弯的摄片质量。方法 对 5 0例身高 1.5 0米以上病例的颈胸段脊柱与胸腰段脊柱分别进行摄片。通过CR对超长图像的图像缝合的技术软件 ,以L1为中心将颈胸段脊柱片及胸腰段脊柱片进行拼接。结果 颈、胸、腰椎通过拼接同时在一张X线片上清晰显示 ,达到了颈胸腰段一次成像片的效果。结论 CR作为一种全新的成像技术 ,使青少年全段脊柱能同时在一张X线片上呈现 。Objective To understand the advantages of computed radiography applied to the scoliosis in teenagers,and utilize the computed radiography softwares and techniques to improve the the quality of the scoliosis X-ray films in teenagers. Methods Take the X-ray films of cervical thoracic sections and thoracic lumbar sections respectively for 50 patients. Utilize the image stitching technique for Long-length imaging of computed radiography, regard the L1 as the center to stitch the cervical thoracic segments X-ray films and thoracic lumbar segments X-ray films. Results cervical thoracic and thoracic lumbar segments can present on only one X-ray film, the impact is as good as one film. Conclusion As a new radiology technique, CR brings about the whole spine presented on only one X-ray film, it helps the orthopedist to calculate and measure accurately.
