摘　　要：目的　探讨普伐他汀在治疗慢性移植肾肾病中的作用。　方法　对 3 8例慢性移植肾肾病在常规抗慢性排异基础上服用普伐他汀 ,观察患者肾功能指标以及测定尿蛋白和血浆内皮素的变化。　结果　普伐他汀治疗组患者肾功能指标改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且能够降低蛋白尿减少内皮素 -1生成 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论　普伐他汀能够延缓慢性移植肾肾病肾衰进展 ,保护肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of pravastatin on patients with chronic allograft nephropathy. Methods 38 cases were treated with combination of pravastatin and routine anti-rejection therapy. The effect of the combination in pravastatin group is better than one in the control group. Results The significant difference was found between the two groups of patients (P<0.05). Furthermore,the effect of the blood endothelin-1 activity decreased by pravastatin treatment was observed (P<0.01). Conclusions Therefore ,pravastatin can exert protective effects against renal epithelial cell damage and improve the renal function of the patients with chronic graft nephropathy and delay the progress of chronic graft nephropathy .
