摘　　要：电子文件的出现 ,标志着档案信息的记录方式与载体同传统的纸质档案相比产生了质的变化 ,对档案管理模式产生的影响尤为重大。本文旨在揭示电子文件的特性 ,探索与其相适应的管理手段 ,确保电子文件所承载信息的安全 ,可靠、并得到有效的开发利用。The emergence of the electronic document shows us great difference between the record method of the archives information and the tradition's paper quality. Great influences have taken place particularly in archives manage ment mode. This article tells us what the electronic document is and studies about the suitable running ways to keep the information of electronic document safety and useage.
