中医药学领域循证医学研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的 :评价中医药领域循证医学研究现状 ,为中医药卫生决策提供依据。方法 :以中国生物医学文献光盘数据库 (CB Mdisc)为资料来源 ,检索出 1997年至 2 0 0 2年国内中医药界循证医学研究的相关文献 ,应用文献计量学的方法对其进行分析研究。结果 :检出论文 6 7篇 ,分别发表在 36种期刊上 ,其中理论介绍性文献所占比重较大 (2 9.9% )。结论 :文献量呈逐年增长趋势 ,但创新性不强 ,研究的深度和广度不够 ,且地区发展不平衡 ,今后要进一步普及循证医学在中医药领域的应用 。Objective: To appraise the present situation of studies on evidence-based medicine in TCM and provide a basis for making TCM policy. Method: With CBM disc as a material source, the relevant domestic papers on studies of evidence-based medicine from 1997 to 2002 were retrieved and followed by metrological analysis. Result: 67 papers retrieved on this subject were respectively published in 36 kinds of periodicals, among which the majority were contributed to the theoretical introductions (29.9%). Result: An increasing tendency of papers on this subject has clearly demonstrated in the recent years, but creativity ,profound and wide studies are still lacking. Furthermore, there is a gap among different areas in the research progress. It is proposed that evidence-based medicine be popularized in TCM practice and research papers be improved in their quality and level.
