茯苓皮中茯苓聚糖的含量测定及提取工艺优选

摘　　要：目的 :优选茯苓皮中茯苓聚糖的提取工艺 ,测定不同产地茯苓皮中茯苓聚糖的含量。方法 :对来自不同产地的十二个样品进行测定 ,采用苯酚—硫酸法 ,测定茯苓聚糖吸光度。结果 :最佳提取工艺为石油醚提取 2h ,80 %乙醇提取 2h ,碱用量为5 0ml。结论Objective: To select an optimum extracting technique of Pachman and determine its content in Poria peels from different habitats. Method: The colorimetric method of phenol and sulfuric acid was used to determine the absorbance of Pachman. Result: 12 samples from different producing areas were determined. Conclusion: The optimum extracting techniques of Pachman included extracting with petroleum ether (30℃～60℃) for 2 hours and alcohol (80%) for 2 hours with NaOH 50 ml.
