不同种类菌糠组成全价日粮对生长育肥猪的饲喂效果  

Effects of Feeding Complete Ration with Different Waste Material from Lentinus Edodes to Growing and Finishing Pigs

摘　　要：选用平菇、凤尾菇、香菇3种菌糠原料,配制成全价日粮,分两阶段进行为期112d的三元杂交生长育肥猪饲喂试验,其中试验前期分别占日粮组成的3%、5%、7%;试验后期分别占7%、11%、15%。其结果:平均日粮重前期提高10.02～16.15g,A-3组最佳,后期提高79.49～242.88g(P<0.01),A-3、B-3组最佳;料重比前期降低0.028～0.206,A-3组最佳;后期降低0.295～0.628,A-3,B-3组最佳。每头猪从20kg饲喂到90kg时可节粮21.87～52.78kg,增加经济效益10.5～39.9元;筛选出最优配方前期为A-3,后期为A-3和B-3。Feeding complete rations with (WMLE) waste material from lentinus edodes of pleurotus ostreatus(Fr) QJel,pleurotrs dsteatus (Jacq)Fr,and Lentinula edodes(Berk)plegler to tri-breed crossbred growing and eighty finishing pigs for 112 days.Eighty pigs were allotted into 10 groups,among which one was the control.Results showed that during first 70 days,average daily gain of the nine treatment groups was higher than that of the control by 10.02～16.15 g and A-3 was the highest,during the rest of 42 days,average daily gain of the nine group was higher than that of the control by 79.49～242.88 g(P<0.01),and A-3 and B-3 were the highest.During the first 70 days,ratio of feed and weight gain in the other nine treatment group were lower than that of the control by 0.028～0.206,and A-3 was the lowest.During the last 42 days,ratio of feed and weight gain in the other nine treatment group were lower than that of the control by 0.295～0.682,and A-3 and B-3 were the lowest.During the growing and finishing period of 20 kg to 90 kg body weight,the treatment groups saved 21.87～52.78 kg feed and increase economic profit for $10.5～39.9.Among all ration formulations,A-3 was the best for the first 70 days,A-3 and B-3 were best for the later 42 days.The results showed feeding pigs with WMLE have obvious economic profit,which is significant for grain-saving pig industry in China.
