摘　　要：建立无公害苹果生产全程质量监控体系是陕西苹果产业发展到现阶段,提高果品质量的有效保障和提升苹果产业化水平的必要措施。全程质量监控的关键环节和监控质量标准,基地与企业自身监控和执法认证部门监控机制构成监控体系的基本框架。陕西省应抓住落实优势农产品区域规划的良好机遇,在完善无公害苹果生产全程质量监控体系中,充分体现自然资源优势,树立陕西渭北苹果产区"绿色"形象和陕西苹果"名牌"战略。At present, the quality control system on the whole non-pollutant apple production is the safeguard that increases the fruit quality and effectual measure that improves the apple industrialized level. The frame of quality control system is composed of the key points and the standards of quality control, self-control of producing base and enterprise, supervision of the executable and identifiable agency. Shaanxi province should grasp the opportunity of region-characteristic distribution and fully utilize the dominant natural resource to set up the 'Green' feature and 'Trademark' strategy in northern region.
