摘　　要：该文简单介绍了图书编目工作的内容和作用 ,分析了北京林业大学图书馆中文图书书目数据库的现状和存在的主要问题 ,探讨了网络环境下中文图书书目数据库规范化的重要意义 ,指出了编目工作的标准化、规范化是资源共享的重要保障和前提条件。同时文章结合北京林业大学图书馆编目工作实际 ,阐明了编目工作标准化、规范化的重要性 ,并根据实际工作体会提出提高编目数据质量的一些设想及几点措施 。This paper attempts to analyze the purpose and significance of standardization and normalization of cataloguing operations. After a brief introduction to the contents and functions of cataloguing, the current status and problems of the Chinese bibliographic database of our library, the significance of the normalization of the database in network environment are explored.And the argument that standardization and conventionalization are the guarantee and precondition of resource-shared is put forward.
