摘　　要：本文分阶段性地总结了一个极复杂小断块油田——文明寨油田的地质特征和十八年高速开采历程中的实践经验 ,记述了油田在开发过程中紧紧围绕井网完善、注采结构调整、滚动增储 ,以最大限度地发挥油层潜力为目的而采取的一整套行之有效的地质研究对策、工艺手段及注采管理措施所做的大量工作 ,以及由此而取得较好开发效果 ,为复杂小断块油田实现高效开发提供了一个借鉴实例。The ; experience ; about ; effective ; developing ;compler; fault-block oil field,WenMingZhai oil field,in different stage was summed up in this article.this article deseriped the inerasing depisit by continuous exploration, geologieal study adjusting of injection-production pattern and application of technological strategy.
