摘　　要：水电工程市场竞争日趋激烈,为提高中标率,施工单位往往以低于业主标底的投标价中标,而且,工程质量要求越来越高,远距离施工项目增多,工程索赔难度加大.施工单位只有加强成本控制,才有可能争取较好的经济效益.加强设备管理又是控制成本的一项不容忽视的重要环节,健全的设备管理制度、合理的机械设备配置、科学的设备承包核算办法是控制成本的根本保障.Nowadays, the competition in hydropower project markets is increasingly intense.
