新疆出血热病毒分类地位的血清学鉴定

摘　　要：1983年通过病毒形态学的鉴定,证明了新疆出血热病毒是布尼安病毒科(Bunyaviridae)的成员。本次通过血清学方法与布尼安病毒属的西姆波组SMB-48株和内罗病毒属的刚果病毒K2/61株的免疫腹水进行比较。采用补体结合试验、反向被动血凝抑制试验和双抗体夹心抑制ELISA试验进行鉴定的结果,发现新疆出血热病毒与布尼安病毒属的代表毒株SMB-48株没有血清学联系,而与内罗病毒属的刚果病毒有显著的抗原关系。从而证明新疆出血热病毒与布尼安病毒属无关。其抗原性与内罗病毒属克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒一致。A series of serological experiments in the strains of Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever virus of BA66019, BA66063 and Ha75001, the SMB-48 strain of Bunyavirus, the immune mice ascetic fluid of Congo virus K_2/61 strain were carried out to identify the classificatory status of Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever virus in 1981.
