摘　　要：介绍了模具设计及制造流程,并利用MasterCAM对设计的汽车车门进行有关参数选择和自动数控编程,在加工中心上加工出有机玻璃车门凹模。为培养模具制造技术人才提供了经济有效的手段。The procedure of the die design and manufacture was introduced. With the aid of MasterCAM,an organic glass-based female die of automotive door is manufactured on the machining center after it is parameterized and programmed automatically. It is an economical effective method to train talents for die industry.
