摘　　要：简要分析了报纸涉及的著作权及著作权归属,详细阐明了图书馆报纸文献服务过程中的著作权问题,并对图书馆报纸文献服务提出几点建议。This paper simply discusses copyright and copyright holder in newspaper and the problems of copyright in the process of providing newspaper information service in the library, and finally gives some suggestions on providing newspaper information service in the library.
