摘　　要：目的 :探讨非固定疗法治疗浮动胸壁的临床疗效。方法 :对于 2 36例浮动胸壁病人实行非固定疗法治疗 ,与过去固定疗法治疗浮动胸壁 2 1例比较 ,行统计学检验。结果 :两组间住院时间指标差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :固定疗法和非固定疗法疗效相同 ,但非固定疗法具有不需手术 ,不粘贴胶布的特点 ,方便易行 ,病人乐于接受。Purpose To research the therapeutic effects of non-fixation treatment on floating chest wall. Methods 236 cases floating chest wall were cured with non-fixation and compared to 21 cases fixation. Results There was no significance difference between two groups in the index of in hospital time (P>0.05). Conclusion Non-fixation treatment is acceptable for its simple character such as no need of operation no need of adhesive plaster, although there is a same curative effect between non-fixation and fixation ...
