摘  要:采用负载法制得Ti(SO_4)_2/SiO_2为催化剂合成了一种柴油十六烷值改进剂——草酸二异戊酯,在负载量20%,催化剂用量为草酸质量的5%,酸酶摩尔比1/2.8,反应时间1.5h,草酸的酯化率高达97.4%。试验表明该催化剂使用后无需任何处理,可重复使用多次,是一种催化性能稳定、选择性好的催化合成草酸二异戊酯的环境友好催化剂。The complex solid Ti(SO4)/SiO2 was prepared by load method.A cetane number improver,diisopentyl oxalate,was synthesized with Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 as a catalyst.The reaction conditions were studied.The optimun conditions were as follows: surpported Ti(SO4)2/20% , and the mass ratio of catalyst to reactants was 5% , molar ration of acid to alcohol was 1/2.8,The reaction time was 1.5 hours.The rate of esterification was 97.4% .The catalyst can be reused directly for many times without any treatment, and has good catalyzer stabilization and selectivity, and friendly to environment.
