摘　　要：我国家电市场已形成寡头垄断市场,家电企业陷入"囚徒困境",降价竞争形成必然。为防止"失度竞争",政府要合理调控市场,企业要加强联合和提高管理水平。The fact that the oligarch holds the market of household appliance in China makes enterprises in the field get into 'the dilemma of prisoners,' which causes price-reduction competition inevitably. To prevent 'excessive competition,' the government ought to regulate and control the market while enterprises must reinforce coalition and improve management level. 
