摘 要:中国房地产业开始于19世纪中期,至1991年底分为三个历史发展阶段。1992年以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国进一步深化了城镇住房制度改革,极大地推动了我国房地产业的迅猛发展,但其发展所走过的路是曲折中的前进之路,期间又可明显地分为四个过程;其中,从1992年至1998年,可以说是改革开放后中国房地产业的调整和房地产市场形成时期,之后中国房地产业则进入健康有序的发展时期。从长远看,中国房地产市场需求潜力巨大,房地产业的发展前景十分广阔。The Chinese real estate came into being in the middle of the 19th century and is divided into three historical periods of development to the end of 1991. Since 1992, with the progressive formation and the construction of the economic system of socialist market and the deepening reform of town housing system, the real estate in China has gained a rapid development and has made constant progress though with difficules. Its period of development can be divided into four stages. From 1992 to 1998, which was the period of adjustment and forming market of Chinese real estate after the reform and opening up to the outside world.Later the China's real estate has come into the period of good development. In the long run, the potential demand about the real estate in China is tremendous, and its prospect development is broad.
