摘 要:黄瓜经 30 0mg·L-1硝酸银和 2 0 0mg·L-1乙烯利处理后 ,叶片中过氧化物酶 (POD)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)两种同工酶的酶谱带数和酶活性均明显受到诱导 ,而过氧化氢酶 (CAT)几乎不受影响。两种药剂处理的POD和SOD酶谱和活性变化有明显差异 ,硝酸银诱导两种酶带和活性高峰出现早 ,而乙烯利则能诱导更多的酶带数。The results indicated that, in terms of numbers of band and activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly induced after treated with silver nitrate and ethephon at 300 mg·L -1 and 200 mg·L -1 in cucumber leaves, respectively. Significant differences were observed between the two treatments as well. Silver nitrate could induce the earlier peak in the expression of POD and SOD, ethephon could induce more bands of both enzymes. While catalase (CAT) was not induced notably after treated with both chemicals.
