摘　　要：文章分析了当前协同商务实现方式的不足之处 ,提出了一种基于电子商务标准 cn XML的协同商务实现方式。对cn XML 中的商业伙伴描述 /商业伙伴协议 ( TPP/TPA)和注册机制进行了分析 ,并用实例说明如何用In this paper, the disadvantages of current approaches of collaborative commerce implementation are analyzed,and a new approach based on the cnXML is proposed. The Trading Partner Profile/ Trading Partner Agreement (TPP/TPA) and the mechanism of registration in cnXML are also analyzed. Meanwhile, how to execute the collaborative business with TPP/TPA is illuminated by an example.
