摘　　要：文章从温州打火机争端引发的企业信息管理问题入手 ,分析了我国企业信息管理中存在的问题 ,如信息机制缺位、信息过载与信息不足并存、信息管理体制不完善及信息政策模糊不清等 ,并探讨了问题产生的深层次原因 ,此外 ,从企业自身、行业协会及政府组织Based on the introduction of the trade dispute between China and European Union about cigarette lighters made in Wenzhou, the existing problems of the information management in Chinese enterprises are analyzed, such as the lack of information mechanism, the coexistence of the overloaded and insufficient information, the imperfect information management system and the indistinct policies,and the causes also discussed. The countermeasures for perfecting the enterprise information management are put forward from three aspects, namely the enterprise,the trade association, and the governmental organization.
