摘　　要：对交通肇事犯罪打击不力的原因包括:对道路交通肇事行为的危害性认识不足;受行政干预、说情风及地方保护主义的干扰;科学办案能力较弱;交通法律法规不完善;监督制约机制薄弱。对此应采取修改交通肇事罪定罪量刑的有关条款;加强领导、改变观念;强化素质,提高基础办案质量;公检法互相监督,协同办案;加强社会监督和权力监督等对策加以解决。The causes of inefficient crackdown on traffic offence include: neglect of the harm of traffic offence behavior; interference from the administrative authority, plead for mercy and localism protection; lacking in ability of handling cases scientifically; imperfections of Traffic Law and traffic regulations; weak supervision and restriction mechanism. So we should take the following countermeasures: Mend measurements of penalty of provisions concerned in traffic offence; Strengthen leadership, change ideas; Enhance individual quality and improve the quality of handling cases basically; Condition and cooperate among department of public security, investigating and prosecuting apparatus and judicial office in handling cases; Strengthen social supervision and authority supervision.
