2型糖尿病患者血栓通治疗前后血栓状态变化

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通治疗2型糖尿病患者血栓状态的变化。方法将86例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,A 组:血栓通组,B 组:对照组,采用酶免法及显色法测定血小扳α颗粒膜糖蛋白质-140(GMP-140)、组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)四项标志物变化。结果血栓通组患者治疗后 GMP-140、PAI、vWF 明显降低,而 t-PA 活性升高,与治疗前对比差异有显著意义(P<0.01):B 组治疗前后无差异(P>0.05);A 组治疗后各标志物变化与 B 组对比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论血栓通能显著降低GMP-140、PAI、vWF,而且还能升高 t-PA 活性,具有调节纤溶系统功能及抗凝作用。Objective To investigate the change influence of prethrombotic state by using Xueshuantong in creating patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 86 patients were divided randomly into two-groups,groups A(group of Xueshuantong),and groups B(group of normal control).To detect the levels of FMP-140,t-PA,PAI,vWF by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method. Results After treating with Xueshuantong,the levels of GMP-140,PAI,vWF were obviously lower than that of before treating,but the t-PA were obviously high than that of before treating(P<0.01).And after treating the levels of GMP-140,PAI,VWF and t-PA in group A was obviously lower than that of groups B(P<0.01).Conclusion Not only can Xueshuantong obviously reduce levels of GMP-140, PAl,vWF ,but also raise activity of t-PA.It has the role to adjust the function of fibrinolytic system and anticoagulation.
