摘  要:喷施草丁膦后 ,对草丁膦无抗性水稻Cypress(未转bar基因 )叶片的谷氨酰胺合成酶 (GS)活性先受到抑制 ,随后叶片内NH+ 4 积累上升 ,叶绿素含量、PSⅡ原初光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)、光能转化效率 (ΦPSⅡ)和叶片叶绿素荧光的光化学猝灭系数 (qp)下降 ,光合速率显著降低 ;最后引起植株死亡。另一方面 ,Cy pressPB 6(转bar基因抗草丁膦水稻 )的GS酶活性在喷施草丁膦后虽然先被抑制 ,但随后能恢复至正常水平 ,接着NH+ 4 积累下降 ,草丁膦对叶绿素含量、荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、qp 的影响被解除 ,光合速率恢复到正常水平 ,整个植株生长正常。Glufosinate was a herbicide and wildly used in farm. Here is present that effects of glufosinate on photosynthesis of non- or bar- transgenic rice (Oryza sativa L.). Glutamine synthetase (GS) activity (Fig.1)in leaves of non-resistant rice Cypress was inhibited 4 hours after spraying 1.0% glufosinate. Accumulation of free ammonia (Fig.2) increased. Chlorophyll content (Fig.3), intrinsic efficiency of PS II photo-chemistry (F v/F m)(Fig.5),quantum yield of photosystem II ectron transport(ΦPS II and coefficient for photochemical quenching (q p) of leaf chlorophyll fluorescence were decreased significantly. Photosynthetic rate (Fig.4) was delined. Finally the seedlings of Cypress were dead after spraying 1.0% glufosinate. Glutamine synthetase (GS) activity in leaves of bar-transgenic rice Cypress PB-6 was also inhibited by spraying 1.0% glufosinate, but GS activity recovered after 36 hours by spraying glufosinate, then the level of free ammonia decreased. The effects of glufosinate on chlorophyll content (Fig.3), intrinsic efficiency of PS II photochemistry (F v/F m)(Fig.5),ΦPS II of PS II,coefficient for photochemical quenching (q p) of leaf chlorophyll fluorescence were relieved. Photosynthetic rate was recovered (Fig.4). The seedlings of Cypress PB-6 grow normally. This results showed that the expression of bar gene activated by Act1 promoter in transgenic rice degraded the glufosinate, then relieved the poison of NH + 4 to photosynthesis of the bar-transgenic rice.
