传染性非典型肺炎患者肺炎支原体抗体检测意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨由SARS(severe acute respiratory syndrome)病毒引起的传染性非典型性肺炎(infectious atypicalpneumonia,IAP)患者合并肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染情况,以及治疗前后肺炎支原体抗体变化,为治疗和防范非典型肺炎提供指导意义。方法 受SARS病毒感染的99例患者发病后,运用肺炎支原体抗体凝集实验,检测其肺炎支原体抗体和滴度;AP患者经口服四环素、达菲、拜复乐,结合静脉注射生脉、鱼腥草、吉粒芬等综合性治疗后,观察比较了81例治疗后,其肺炎支原体抗体结果,及治疗前后滴度变化。结果 传染性非典型性肺炎患者部分出现MP合并感染,占所检测患者47.5％,滴度高低与病情有一定相关性;经治疗后,MP抗体阳性率为23.5％ 抗体滴度出现下降,两者与治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 非典型性肺炎患者肺炎支原体抗体检测,可以反映其合并感染情况,其滴度变化可以监测患病后病情的发展变化及治疗效果观察,为临床诊断预后等提供辅助指导意义。Objective To study the significance of clinical application for serum antibodies against mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) of infectious atypical pneumonia(IAP) caused by SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) virus, use the results of MP- Ab changes for the treatment and taking precaution against AP.Methods The IAP patients were treated by tetracycline, oseltamivir phosphate capsules, moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets, and the Chinese medicine Shengmai and Yuxingcao, and rhG- GSF, et al. And then use the particle agglutination test for detection of anti - mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody(MP- Ab) of 99 patients' serum, and 81 IAP after treatment. Results There were partly IAP patients have been infected with unexplained pneumonia, the percentage was 47.5% , there were some relationships between the efficacy of MP - Ab and AP patient's condition. The results showed remarkable changes of efficacy for patient' s MP - Ab after synthetic treatment, the positive percentage was 23.5%(P<0.01). Conclusion The results of the changes of AP patient's serum MP- Ab can be used for the patients' condition change, and curative effect. It can guide diagnose and treatment for clinical.
