摘　　要：目的 探讨急性传染性非典型肺炎又称严重急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS)照片方法及防护措施。方法 进入SARS病区需采取严格的隔离措施,病房内床边机投照,分两组进行研究,第1组轮流人员投照,单纯床边卧位投照,共照187张。第2组专人投照,采取简易坐位胸片架投照或卧位投照,共照674张,其中前后卧位293张,后前坐位381张。对两组照片质量进行统计分析。结果 第1组甲片率为13.9％,乙片率为55.1％;第2组卧位甲片率为25.3％,卧位乙片率为58.7％,坐位甲片率为52.8％,坐位乙片率为46.2％。结论 实行专人摄影及使用简易坐位胸片架,可有效提高隔离区内SARS照片的质量,降低投照人员感染的机会。Objective To investigate the mobile chest radiography and its protection scheme of infective atypical pneumonia or Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) . Methods Strictness isolation scheme was accepted when came into the isolation ward. Mobile machine was used in ward, the cases were studied into two groups. Totally 187 films of A - P dorsal were taken by turns in first group. In the second group, special radiographers were responsible for taken the films, 674 films contain 293 A - P - dorsal films, another 381 P- A - sitting position were assisted radiograph by a simple, amended shelf. Analyze the film quality of the two groups. Results The first group was assessed as grade A in 13.9%, grade B in55.1% . The quality of mobile chest films was assessed as grade A in 25.3%, grade B in 58.7% with A-P- dorsal position, grade A in 52.8% and grade B in 46.2% with P- A- sitting position. Conclusion Using a simple, amended shelf and radiographers specially assigned for taken the bedside chest films will apparently improve the mobile chest film quality in SARS isolation ward and also reduce infected opportunity of the radiographers.
