摘 要:目的 对电化学发光免疫法与微粒子酶联免疫法检测血清甲胎蛋白作对比分析。方法 随机抽取150份临床送检的标本,用电化学发光免疫法与微粒子酶联免疫法测试甲胎蛋白的含量,对测试数据进行相关性试验、线性试验、精密度试验、回收试验。结果 两法无显著性差异(P>0.05),但电化学发光免疫法的线性范围较宽(1-980ng/ml),重复性较好(批内CV值3.4%,批间CV值3.5%),回收率较高(97.2%)。结论Objective To evaluate the efficiencies of electrochemiluminescent assay (ECL) andmicroparticle enzyme immunoassy(MEIA)for detecting of the levels of serum AFP .Methods Serum AFPlevels of 150 samples were determined with both ECL and MEIA. The correlation between ECL and MEIA wereassessed, and the assays of linear range, recovery and precision of the two methods were performed andalso evaluated.Results There was no significant difference between ECL and MEIA for detection of thelevels of serum AFP (P>0.05). Overall, however, in comparison with MEIA, ECL had a broader linear range(1-980ng/ml) and a higher precision (the within-run, 3.4%; the between-run, 3.5%) as well as a higheraverage recovery rate (97.2%).Conclusions There was a good correlation between ECL and MEIA fordetermination of the levels of serum AFP. In general, for detecting the levels of serum AFP, ECL wassuperior to MEIA.
