小儿喉声带气管手术不同静脉麻醉药临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的 为观察不同静脉麻醉药在此类手术中麻醉效果和对机体影响。方法　66例小儿病人随机分成3组,每组22例,A组:γ-OH+氯胺酮;B组:异丙酚+氯胺酮;C组:异丙酚+芬太尼。结果　(1)麻醉效果,C组很好;B组较好;A组较差。(2)呼吸抑制程度,C组>B组>A组;C组和B组与A组相比P<0.01。(3)麻醉苏醒时间,A组>B组>C组;A组和B组相比P<0.05,A组与C组比P<0.01。(4 )MAP和HR情况,HR: A组>B组>C组,MAP: C组<B组<A组,A组与B组比P<0.05, A与C组比P<0.01. (5)恶心呕吐,A组>B组>C组。A组与B组和C组比P<0.01.结论　C组用药配方优,B组次之,A组较差。Objective To observe the anesthetic effectiveness and the influences of these anaes-thetic on the bad. Methods 66 Children patients were divided into three group(n=22),Group A:γ–hydroxybutyrate sodium(γ-OH)+ ketamine, Group B:Propfol + Ketamine, Group C:Propofol +fentanyl.Results The results were as follows:(1)Anaesthetic potency:The group C:was verygood,the group B was fairly good,the group A was relatively poor. (2) Respiratory deperssion degree:Group C>group B>group A;group C and group B than in group A(P<0.01).(3)Anethetic revive time:GroupA>Group B>Group C, Group A than Group (P<0.05),Group A than Group C(P<0.01)(4)MAP and HR, HR:GroupA>Group B>Group C,MAP:Group C<Group B<Group A, Group A than Group B(P<0.05),Group A than group C(P<0.01).(5)Times of nausea and vomiting:The group A>group B>group C.Group A than group B and group C.GroupA than group B and group C (P<0.01).Conclusions The findings suggest that prescription of group C isvery good, Next is the Group B, But the presciiption of the group A is poor relatively.
