摘 要:目的 详细观察了YAG激光对动物脑组织和血管的作用机理及病理改变。方法 2.5~3kg新西兰白兔共18只,分A、B两组,80根不同直径血管经激光照射,功率为2~28W,照射时间为12~42秒,分别观察急性和慢性病理改变。结果 直径4.3mm的颈浅静脉和1mm以下的动脉可立即被激光凝闭,颈总动脉、股动脉只能在2周后形成血栓,同时镜下可见脑组织改变因激光照射能量不同而异,低能量激光可使脑组织凝固;高能量则可气化脑组织,出现碳化层、凝固层、水肿层。结论 YAG激光引起的脑血管及组织的改变与激光照射的能量和照射的时间呈正相关。Objective The study is to observe detailedly the mechanism and the pathologic changesof YAG laser’s action on animal’s encephalon tissue and vessels. Methods 18 New England white rabbits(2.5-3kg) were divided into A and B groups. 80 various diameter vessels in each rabbit were irradiatedwith YAG-laser (2w-28w) persisting 12 seconds to 42 seconds, then the acute and chronic pathologic changesare observed, Results Superficial jugular vein( 4.3mm) and small artery ( <1.0mm)could be solidifiedimmediately, while thrombus in carotid and femoral would be found after 2 weeks, The pathologic changesin encephalon tissue under the microscope vary with the energy of the YAG-laser; lower energy laser couldsolidify encephalon; higher energy laser aeriformed encephalon tissue to form charcoal layer, coagulumand edema layer, Conclusion The change of encephalons’s tissue and vessels related positively withlaser energy and time.
