摘　　要：基于分局机车调度日常工作,探讨采用计算机网络与通信技术实现分局机车调度管理系统的设计方案。It was based on the daily grind of subadministration loco dispatching, dicussed the scheme to implement the Locomotive dispathing Management System for the Subadministration by the technology of network and compunication.
