摘  要:水力压裂是一项高投入、高产出、高风险的复杂系统工程 ,其高风险体现在施工成功和施工效果上。从人工裂缝的形成来看 ,有三大因素制约施工 :①近井裂缝扭曲 ;②主体裂缝宽度不够 ;③液体滤失过大 ,动态缝的空间不足。而近井裂缝扭曲对施工成功的影响最大 ,需要在实践中探索和创新一种工艺 ,从而消除或降低近井裂缝扭曲 ,确保施工成功。通过近年来不断摸索、总结和借鉴 ,我们已初步形成了一种新的压裂工艺———支撑剂段塞冲刷 ,该工艺根据测试压裂分析的近井裂缝摩阻数据 ,科学合理地进行段塞冲刷设计 ,并实时分析评价段塞冲刷的效果 ,合理调整携砂液阶段的砂浓度和砂量 ,并最大限度地提高施工砂浓度 ,确保施工成功和施工效果。文章介绍了近井裂缝扭曲摩阻的成因、判别和解决办法 ,并举例说明段塞冲刷工艺在水力压裂中的应用情况以及支撑剂段塞冲刷对压裂施工效果的影响。Hydraulic fracturing is a systemic engineering with high input,output and risk. The risk depends on the success and results of the job. There are 3 major factors to curb the results of the job:① The fractures near the well-bore are distorted;② The main fractures are not wide enough;③ The fluid loss is too much, and the space of dynamic fractures is not enough. And distortion of near-well-bore fractures has the biggest influence on the job success. It is necessary to develop a new technology to eliminate or decrease the distortion of near-well-bore fractures and ensure the successful operation. With continuous study in resent years, we have developed a new fracturing technology-Proppant Slug Flushing. Based on the friction resistance data of near-well-bore fractures obtained from test fracturing analysis, the technology can make the design of slug flushing scientifically and reasonably, evaluate the results of slug flushing at real time, adjust the sand content of the sand carrier properly and maximum to increase the sand content, and ensure job success. The article introduces the forming reasons and the identifying and handling methods of the distortion friction resistance of near-well-bore fractures. Also,with examples,the article describes the application of slug flushing technology in hydraulic fracturing and the effects of proppant slug flushing to the results of fracturing jobs.
