摘  要:玉米的野生近缘植物类玉米有 2个种 ,一为一年生墨西哥类玉米 ,一为多年生类玉米。多年生类玉米有 2个变种 ,一为四倍体 ,一为二倍体。这些野生种在自然界的严酷竞争和自然选择条件下形成了许多优良特征特性 ,特别表现在抗逆性、抗病虫害、品质等方面。将其有益基因导入到栽培玉米 ,获得丰富的多样性的种质资源 ,以创建新的基因库 ,是提高玉米育种水平和效率、加快育种进程的重要途径。通过玉米与野生类玉米杂交 ,从其杂交种后代中选育出在粮食和饲料等方面有利用价值的优良异缘自交系并配制出优良杂交种 。Teosinte is a wild species closely relative to maize.It has two species of Annual Teointe and Perennial Teosinte and two varieties of Tetraperennial Teosinte and Diploperennial Teosinte.These growing wild species express the characteristics of stress tolerance, resistance to disease and pest insect, high quality under the severe competition and selection of nature.In order to obtain abundant germplasm reseurces and reserve the genetic varieties, germplasm creation and introduction into these exotic germplasm were carried out. It is an effective mothod and can improve the breeding level and efficiency of corn. Through distant crossing of Maize and Teosinte, useful Inbred Lines on food and feeds from the later generations of Maize Hybrid were selected, and high quality Maize Hybrid got for field production.
