摘　　要：提出了进步度的思想,利用马尔柯夫链中一步转移矩阵进行建模分析,给出了一种射击训练效果评价方法,并能通过实例检验,显示了该方法的有效性和实用性,从而较为满意地解决了射击训练效果评价问题。克服了只根据最终考核结果对射击训练效果作出评价的不足,考虑了受训者的基础差异的影响,更注重反映整体受训者的进步程度。In the paper,we put forword the thought of the progress degree,using a step transfer matrix of Markov chain for setting model and making analysis,and given a kind of method of the evaluation of fire training effect. It is shown that this method is efficacy and practicability through the test of the practical example, thus, solved the evaluation of fire training effect in satisfaction. This method has avoided the shortcoming of evaluation of fire training only by the final examination,and has thought over the influence of the foundation difference of the person receiving training,and more laying stress on the progressive level that reflects the entire person receiving training.
