摘　　要：企业海外R＆D战略联盟中合作与竞争并存。建立进化博弈模型,得出了企业海外R＆D战略联盟的进化稳定策略。通过对模型进行参数分析可以看出,不论从参加R＆D战略联盟的单个企业,还是从联盟整体角度考虑,提高资源整合的效率都是一条重要途径。Cooperation and competition at one time exit in overseas R&D strategic alliances of multinational enterprises. An evolutionary game model is built to study the evolutionary stable strategies of overseas R&D strategic alliances. By doing parameter analysis to the evolutionary game model, we can draw conclusions that enhance the performance of resource integration is very important not only from the angle of each enterprise joining the R&D strategic alliance, but from the angle of the R&D strategic alliance as a whole.
