摘　　要：对新一代电信业务支撑系统的需求及其在新一代电信运营支撑系统中的定位进行了研究,提出了新一代电信业务支撑系统软件体系结构,包括功能框架和逻辑结构,并进一步讨论了新一代电信业务支撑系统在实施中的难点和有待解决的问题.The requirements of next generation business support system and its role in the next generation operation support system are studied. The software architecture of next generation business support system, which includes the function framework and the logic structure, is presented. The difficult points and the problems to be solved during the implementation period of the next generation business support system are also discussed.
