摘 要:为改进结核分支杆菌药敏试验方法 ,用BACTEC 960液体培养分离株 3 0 0例 ,根据模板将菌液稀释至10 - 6 CFU/mL ,分别接种于 14种不同药物改良 7H10药敏培养基和改良罗氏药敏培养基上 ,观察耐药情况。改良 7H10培养基比改良罗氏早 12~ 15天报告结果。在两种培养基中的 14种 ,耐药结果无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。说明BACTEC技术与改良 7H10药敏培养基方法结合 ,弥补BACTEC只做四种药敏的不足 ,扩展药敏试验范围 ,并比传统改良罗氏培养和药敏提前 3 0天报告结果 。To improve the method of mycobacterium tuberculosis drug sensitive test, the 300 isolates which were cultured by BACTEC 960 liqui d culture medium were diluted and were separately cultured in 14 kinds of the im proved 7H10 drug sensitive culture mediums and the improved Luoshi culture medi ums, and then observed the condition of drug resistance. Compared to Luoshi cul ture mediums, mycobacterium tuberculosis grew 12~15days earlier in the improved 7H10 culture mediums. The results of drug resistance in two kinds of culture me diums had no remarkable difference. The combination of the technology of BACTEC 960 with the improved 7H10 culture mediums compensated the shortage of BACTEC 960 which could only test four drugs, expanded the scope of drug sensitive t est .The method got results 30 days earlier than traditional Luoshi culture medi um andwas easy to be used.
