摘  要:主要从深抽工艺优化设计和深抽配套工具研制已方面介绍了油井深抽工艺的研究内容 ,分析了现场应用效果。采用新研制的深抽泵、锚定器、扶正器、增抽泵、减震器、泄油器、H级杆柱组合等配套工具以及深抽工艺优化设计系统 ,可使泵挂由平均 15 0 0m加深至平均 2 70 0m。结果表明 ,该技术增产效果明显 ,单井年平均增产 30 0t,泵效平均提高 14 .3个百分点 。The article mainly introduced the issue of deep lifting of wells in both process optimizing design and R&D of facilitated tools, and analyzed the appliance effects. Using the new developed tools, such as the deep well pump, the anchor, centralizer, the enhance pump,damper, tubing drain, and H rod string assembly and the process optimized design system, it can increase the pump depth from 1,500m to 2,700m. As a result, this technology has greatly improved the production, which the average production increased up to 300t, and the pump efficiency improved 14.3%. This technology offered the supports for the realistic using deep oil & gas resources and the efficient development of low permeability and low recovery oilfield.
