摘  要:辽河小洼油田是以蒸汽吞吐方式开采的稠油油藏。随着蒸汽吞吐轮次的增加 ,地层亏空严重 ,油井出细粉砂越来越严重。为此研制出地层深部充填防砂技术 ,该技术是向油层中注入人工砾石 ,由其所形成的砾石屏蔽来阻挡地层出砂。通过对激光割缝筛管地层深部充填防砂技术的不断研究、改进和完善 ,现已形成较成熟的防砂配套工艺。该技术现已实施 17口井 ,增油 10 85 3t,使一批因出砂而长期停产的油井恢复了正常生产 。Liaohe Xiawa Oilfield is a heavy oilfield exploited by steam-assisted recovery. As the increasing of stream cycles, the formation lacked pressure heavily, tiny sands was flowing out seriously in the bottom of wells. To overcome it, a developed technology was to inject artificial gravels into oil formation to make the gravel screen to prevent sand flow. Through continual research, improvement and perfection of sand prevention by filling in deep formation by laser caved griddle tube, there are a series of mature prevention sand technologies which have experienced in 17 wells to increase 10 853t oil, an also resume many long-term-stopped production wells caused by sanding. This technology made great economical benefits.
