摘 要:为适应巷道支护的多种要求,新研制开发了弧状梯形金属支架,针对其力学特征,采用曲梁力学模型进行了受力分析,求解出了最大承载能力的表达式,与梯形金属支架承载能力相比较,得到了弧状梯形金属支架的承载能力系数。以11号工字钢断面为例,经研究得到了相应的支护特性,结果表明,弧状梯形金属支架的承载能力比梯形金属支架有大幅度的提高,其承载能力系数随顶梁半径的增大呈单调递减变化,随项粱跨度的增大呈单调递增变化。In order to meet the varied requirement of roadway support,the metallic arc-terrace support is newly developed.Aimed at its mechanical characteristics,the function of maximal supporting competence is derived by adopting the mechanical model of curved beam.The coefficient of supporting competence of metallic arc-terrace support is derived and analyzed based on the comparison of supporting competence between the metallic arc-terrace support and the metallic terrace support.Taking cross-section of I-steel No.11 as an example,the corresponding supporting characteristics is derived.The result demonstrates that the supporting competence of metallic arc-terrace support is much superiorer than terrace support.The coefficient of supporting competence for the proposed metallic arc-terrace decreases accordingly with the upper beam radius increasing and increases accordingly with the upper beam span increasing.
