摘 要:欠平衡钻井过程中井壁稳定是保证欠平衡钻井成功的关键.利用多孔弹性介质力学及岩石力学理论,建立了欠平衡钻井过程中保持井壁稳定及控制井喷的极限钻井压差的计算模式,提出了欠平衡钻井合理压差的确定原则。最后,结合石南4井区的地应力参数及地层强度参数,对石南4井区欠平衡钻井极限压差进行了计算,并据此分析了在该区进行欠平衡钻井的可行性.实际应用结果表明,理论结果与工程实际十分吻合,说明了模型的正确性.Borehole stability is the key for successful underbalance drilling.The calculating model of critical differential pressure is presented for maintaining borehole stability and preventing blowout while drilling in underbalance condition,by using poroelastie and rock mechanics theory.Then,the principle for determining proper underbalance drilling pressure difference is put forward.Finally,by using in-situ stresses and rock strength parameters of well block Shinan 4~#,the critical underbalance drilling differential pressure of this block is calculated.According to the result,the feasibility of underbalanee drilling in this block is analyzed.Field application shows that the theoretical results match the engineering situations very well,and the model is verified.
