摘  要:评述了4种非光气法合成碳酸二苯酯的新工艺,包括草酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换法、碳酸二甲酯与乙酸苯酯酯交换法、尿素酯化法以及二硫化碳合成法。重点讨论了催化剂和工艺条件对合成碳酸二苯酯的影响。同时还介绍了3种偶联新工艺,即氧化羰化合成草酸二甲酯和草酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换相结合的偶联新工艺、尿素醇解与碳酸二烷基酯与苯酚酯交换偶联的新工艺、乙酸甲酯高温裂解与碳酸二甲酯与乙酸苯酯酯交换相结合的新工艺。这些偶联工艺均考虑了各种副产物的循环使用,原料的利用率高、操作费用较低、有较强的竞争力。Four kinds of new routes for synthesis of diphenyl carbonate, including the transesterification of dimethyl oxalatewith phenol, the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with phenyl acetate, the esterification of (substituted)urea with phenol,the synthesis of carbon disulfur with phenol by the metal induction, are reviewed in detail, and catalysts and reaction conditionsare discussed with emphasis. At the same time, three coupling routes, which are the synthesis of dimethyl oxalate combined withthe transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol, the alcoholysis of urea combined with the transesterification of dialkyl car-bonate and high-temperature decomposition coupled with transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with phenyl acetate, are intro-duced, with advantages over the traditional ones.
