摘　　要：充分利用Internet实现移动通信是移动通信的发展趋势,实现基于Internet的移动通信意义深远。首先对Internet端对端通信方式的特点及目前存在的问题进行了分析,给出了一种频繁移动终端的通信机制优化的方案。It is the developing trend of mobile communication to take full advantage of Internet to realize mobile communication, so researching Internet based mobile communication has great sense. In this paper, a optimizing solution for frequent mobile host is put forward, after the character and problem of Internet based mobile communication are analyzed . In addition,a brief comparison with 3G is given in order to illuminate its rationality.
