摘　　要：存储区域网以光纤通道为基础,实现了存储设备的共享,突破了现有距离和容量的限制。分析了存储区域网络的结构及特点,以及未来的发展前景。Storage Area Network(SAN)is a new technology based on fiber channel ,w hich consists of storage pools con-nected with fast network channels.I t break s through the limitation of di stance and capacity of present stora ge device.T his pa-per analyses the structure and chara cteristics of SAN,and the advantag e of this technology.
