摘　　要：相位噪声是压控振荡器(VCO)的关键参数之一。阐述了VCO相位噪声的特性,分析了时不变和时变两种相位噪声模型,给出了优化相位噪声的方法。The phase noise is one of the essential parameters in Vo ltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO). This paper presents the characteristics of t he phase noise in the VCO and carries out the analysis for time- invariant and time- variant phase noise model. In addition, this paper provides important ins ights concerning the optimization of the phase noise.
