摘  要:活塞的外形随着生产的发展而不断改进 ,进行非圆活塞数控车削时 ,车刀由微进给机构驱动 ,微进给机构的性能决定了加工精度。为控制微进给机构 ,需要精确测量其位移 ,因此就需要配备一套能够测量高速、往复运动的光栅计数系统。本文开发的计数系统使用 CPL D技术 ,可以提高系统的集成度与运行速度。光栅的电信号通过后续电路进行倍频后 ,提高了可控精度 ,计算机通过锁存与选通电路读入数据。实验的结果经过分析 ,符合生产的要求 ,验证了在光栅计数系统中采用 CPLWith the development of production, the shape of piston rapidly improves. During non circular cutting, the lathe tool is driven by micro feed mechanism and the performance of the micro feed mechanism determines precision. In order to control the micro feed mechanism, its displacement must be measured accurately, so the lathe needs one grating counter system to measure high speed and to and fro movement. This grating counter system makes use of CPLD technology to improve integration and speed of the lathe.To enhance the signal precision, the frequency of grating electrical signal multiplies through circuit and computer reads the data by locking and selecting circuit. After analysis, the result of experiment accords the requirement of production and proves the feasibility and correctness of making use of CPLD technology in grating counter system.
