摘　　要：基于 Win CE嵌入式操作系统的控制系统优化整定仪是一种用于整定工业控制系统控制器参数的便携式仪器。本文主要介绍了该装置的工作原理和主要技术性能 ,具体介绍其硬件及软件的设计与开发。The optimizing and tuning instrument for control systems based on WinCE embedded operation system is a portable tuning tool used for controllers. The operational principle and main technical performance of the instrument are introduced. Development and design of the hardware and software are introduced concretely.
