数字图像处理技术在平面等倾干涉测量中的应用

摘　　要：文章介绍了一种应用数字图像处理技术进行等倾干涉测量的方法。它利用 CCD摄像器件获取等倾干涉条纹 ,然后用数字图像处理技术对获取的干涉图像进行处理、提取中心条纹、测量干涉环直径等操作。文章最后给出了依据这一测量方法进行实验的实验结果 。A method based on the application of image processing in equal inclination interference testing has been described. This method can be applied to grasp the equal inclination interference fringe through the CCD camera. Digital image processing technology is used to analysis the fringe information, withdraw the center grain, measure the diameter of interference circle. At the last an experiment result is given and shows this method is feasibility.
