摘　　要：介绍了单用户 IC卡热量表实现热量自动计量和控制的原理和方法。建立了温度传感器及流量传感器的数字模型。阐述了仪表软硬件设计方法。微功耗This article introduces that the principles and methods of automatic measurement and control for single user IC card heat meter.The mathematical models of temperature sensor and liquid sensor are built.The design methods of hardware and software of the device are discussed.The development of micro power consumption IC card heat meter establishes a foundation to automatically collect charges for heat.
