摘　　要：文中叙述了一种基于光学内反射效应的角度传感器的设计原理和特点。理论分析和实验表明 ,该传感器具有极高的分辨能力。并应用此传感器对导轨 /扫描平台滑块运动过程中的摆动角度进行了测量 ,提出了一种导轨性能的评价方法。In this paper,the design principle and characteristic of an optical critical angle sensor based on the internal reflection effect are introduced.Calibration experiment results confirmed its high resolution of the angle sensor.The measurement result of the slide swing angle on the track indicates that it is a good method for evaluating the track performance.
